What’s happening?
Our support system is being upgraded to a new platform to make it faster and easier for you to get help.

When?
Saturday, April 4th at 10:00 PM CDT (3:00 AM UTC)

What you need to do:
Create a new user profile on our updated platform.
After the upgrade, you’ll receive an email with instructions to set up your new login.

What to expect
- During the migration window, there may be a brief period where submitting or updating support tickets is unavailable.
- Any emails sent to our support address during this time will be processed once the migration is complete.
- All of your records and history from the previous platform will be migrated to the new one
