The issue impacting the Settings -> Workflows section of the dashboard in the US region has been resolved.
- The latency issues were fully resolved on August 31, 2025
- All Wiz workflows were re-enabled and are operational as of September 2, 2025

We will continue to monitor, but no further impact is expected. Thank you for your patience while we worked to restore normal operation.

Update

A fix was implemented for the performance/slowness issues - we are continuing to monitor. Wiz integrations remain paused and will be addressed as soon as possible.

Identified

We have identified an issue impacting the Settings -> Workflows section of the Salt Security dashboard in the US region. Customers may experience slowness when loading workflow pages, and any Wiz workflows are currently paused as a precaution.

Our engineering team is actively investigating and working toward a resolution. We expect this issue to be resolved over the weekend and will provide further updates. All other product functionality remains fully operational.
