Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the Customer Dashboard in the US region.

Symptoms:
- Users may encounter error messages such as
"Failed to get company labels" or "Unable to load dashboard data".
- As a result, dashboard widgets may not load or partially load.
- Other services remain fully operational.

Our engineering teams have identified the root cause and are actively working on a fix.
We will provide another update once the remediation has been deployed and validated.
